I forgot to mention that, in addition to all of the other things I've got going on this month, I'm teaching two knitting classes as well. Tonight was the last of the Tuesday classes.
I just got home and I'm beat.
But if you want something to read, my little piece on the Farmer's Market is up on Fitfare. I finally took my camera out into the world and got some pictures. Go check it out.

ps. when i'm over at my house doing work, i seem to make the same "work sandwich" peanut butter and jelly, any ideas or spins on making it more intersting.
Thanks, Nicole. Unfortunately, the heat has slowed me down a little, but I hope to get going again next week.
I'm only teaching the Wednesday night knitting class these days; that's all my schedule will allow. Lots of baby sweaters and finishing works in progress. People don't knit as many big projects in the summer.
If you want a change from pb&j, you might try something like hummus with pita bread or celery or carrot sticks (if you don't feel like making the hummus or slicing the celery, you can get both pre-made). Or, for a variation on peanut butter try cashew or almond butter on toasted bread. You could make a veggie-burger sandwich--that doesn't take too much time to cook up in a skillet.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. I'll give it more thought and try to come up with more.
the heat is crazy here in chicago, i was back for 2 days and than back to wisconsin, but than it's hot there too, at least it has more trees, and farm land, so one does not seem that hot, even thou you are. you must have been going nuts the last couple of days here, i LOVE hot weather, but it's pretty hot.
